Life can be a bit of a tidal wave at times, making demands one might not know how to handle. We all have our struggles. Violent losses, daily pains, terrible disappointments, and health concerns can cloud our brains and inhibit our ability to cope. In losing that ability, we are not our best selves, and we lean on others for support and guidance. It's important to be there for each other to float each other along to a better place.
